Accessibility Statement
Last updated 7 September 2026
Prime Azimuth LLC is committed to making primeazimuth.com usable by everyone, including people who navigate with a keyboard, a screen reader, magnification, or other assistive technology.
Standard we work to
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. WCAG 2.1 AA is the benchmark referenced by Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act for information and communication technology, and it is the standard we hold this site to.
What we have done
- All text and interface colours are checked against the WCAG AA contrast thresholds — at least 4.5:1 for body text and 3:1 for large text, form controls, and interface boundaries.
- Every interactive element is reachable and operable by keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator.
- A “Skip to content” link lets keyboard users bypass the masthead.
- Pages use semantic landmarks — header, navigation, main, and footer — and a single logical heading order.
- Form fields have programmatically associated labels, required fields are announced as required, and validation errors and confirmations are announced to screen readers.
- Decorative graphics, including the compass mark and the background particle field, are hidden from assistive technology so they do not clutter the reading order.
- Animation is suppressed for visitors whose system requests reduced motion.
- The site is responsive and remains usable when text is enlarged or the viewport is narrow.
Known limitations
We assess this site ourselves rather than through a third-party audit, and we have not yet commissioned an independent conformance review or produced a formal Accessibility Conformance Report. Two areas we are candid about:
- Some interface labels are set in small monospaced capitals. They meet the contrast requirement, but small capitals are harder to read for some people; we are reviewing that treatment.
- The restricted demonstration area has not been assessed to the same standard as the public pages. If you need to review it and encounter a barrier, contact us and we will provide the material in another form.
If a government customer requires a Voluntary Product Accessibility Template or an Accessibility Conformance Report for a deliverable, we will produce one for that deliverable on request.
Reporting a barrier
If any part of this site prevents you from finding what you need, please tell us. Describe the page and what went wrong, and we will respond and give you the information in a format that works for you.
