Privacy Policy

Prime Azimuth LLC (“Prime Azimuth”, “we”, “us”) operates this website at primeazimuth.com. This policy describes what information the site collects, why, and what we do with it. It is short because the site does very little: there is no advertising, no analytics product, no tracking pixels, and no third-party marketing scripts.

Information you give us

The contact form is the only place on this site where you can submit information. It asks for your name, email address, an optional organization, and your message. We use these solely to read and respond to your enquiry. We do not sell this information, share it for marketing, or add you to a mailing list.

Information collected automatically

When you submit the contact form, the notification we receive also records the IP address and country your request came from, your browser user-agent string, and the time of submission. This is anti-abuse context — it lets us distinguish a genuine enquiry from automated spam.

Our web server keeps standard access logs containing IP address, requested URL, timestamp, response status, and user-agent, for security monitoring and abuse prevention.

Cookies

The public pages of this site set no cookies and use no browser storage for tracking. The restricted demonstration area at /guardian-angel/ uses a single strictly-necessary access cookie to remember that you have been granted entry; it carries no profile or advertising data.

Service providers

We use a small number of processors to run the site, each acting on our instructions:

• Cloudflare, Inc. — DNS, TLS, and reverse proxy. All traffic to this site passes through Cloudflare's network, which processes connection metadata to deliver pages and mitigate attacks.
• Resend — transactional email delivery. Contact form submissions are delivered to us by email through this service.
• Google Workspace — the mailbox where enquiries are received and answered.

Our hosting is located in the United States. If you write to us from outside the United States, your message will be transferred to and stored there.

Retention

Contact enquiries are retained in our email system for as long as the business relationship or prospective relationship is live, and are deleted when they are no longer needed. Web server access logs are rotated and discarded on a rolling basis.

Your rights

You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to team@primeazimuth.com and we will respond. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or the UK and EU General Data Protection Regulation; we will honour those requests regardless of whether they are legally required of us.

Children

This site is a business-to-business and government contracting website. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS only, with HTTP Strict Transport Security enforced. Security issues can be reported to team@primeazimuth.com; see also our security.txt.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be described here rather than made silently.
