These terms govern your use of primeazimuth.com, the public website of Prime Azimuth LLC, a limited liability company organised in the United States. By using the site you accept them.

What this site is

This is a company information site. It describes our engineering capabilities and provides a way to contact us. Nothing on it is an offer, a quotation, a proposal, or a commitment to perform work, and nothing on it creates a contract or a teaming relationship between us.

Accuracy

We keep the descriptions here current and accurate to the best of our knowledge, but the site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Capability descriptions are general; the specifics of any engagement are governed solely by a signed agreement.

Export control

Prime Azimuth works in radio-frequency, spectrum-sensing, and embedded systems engineering. Some of this work is subject to United States export control law, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR, 22 CFR 120–130) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR, 15 CFR 730–774). No controlled technical data is published on this website. Content here is general corporate and capability information intended for public release. Do not send us export-controlled, classified, or otherwise restricted technical data through the contact form or by unencrypted email; contact us first and we will arrange an appropriate channel.

Restricted area

The demonstration at /guardian-angel/ is access-controlled and intended only for recipients we have specifically invited. Do not attempt to access it without authorisation, and do not share access credentials or redistribute its contents.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, its server, or its infrastructure;
• probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the site except as described under Security research below;
• use automated systems in a way that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure;
• use the contact form to send unsolicited advertising, spam, or malicious content;
• misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us.

Security research

We welcome good-faith reports of security issues. Report them to team@primeazimuth.com as described in our security.txt. Please give us a reasonable opportunity to remediate before disclosing publicly, do not access or modify data that is not yours, and do not degrade service for others. We will not pursue action against researchers who act in good faith within those bounds.

Intellectual property

The content, design, text, graphics, and marks on this site are the property of Prime Azimuth LLC unless otherwise noted, and may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without our permission. You may quote or link to this site for ordinary business, journalistic, and procurement purposes.

Third-party links

Where we link to external sites, such as SAM.gov or the DLA CAGE search, we do so for verification convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your information.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prime Azimuth LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
